1. Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, or final sale items, may not be eligible for return.
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cgsstores.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
2. Refunds
- Approval of Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be processed back to your card. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., for items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
3. Non-Refundable Items

4. Exchanges

5. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the item received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Cancellations
